FAQ


To register your product without an existing account, follow these steps:
  1. Go to registration.nafdac.gov.ng and sign up to create an account.
  2. Click on “Login” at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Select “Login as a Client.”
  4. Then, click on “Register as a New Client” below the login fields.
  5. I have an existing account on NAPAMS, how do I register a new product


To register your product using an existing account, follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your account as a client.
  2. Click on “Registration Form.”
  3. Select “New Product Registration” to begin the registration process


To renew a product nearing expiration, follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your account as a client.
  2. Go to Submitted applications from applications and check if the previously registered product appears under Submitted Applications.
  3. If it is listed, you can proceed directly with the renewal from Product listing.
  4. If it is not listed, you will need to complete the Data Capture under Registration Forms before proceeding with the renewal from the Product Listing section.


To view the status of your application, go to the Applications section and click on Submitted Applications.


To respond to a compliance directive, follow these steps:
  1. Click on Compliance Directive.
  2. Select Registration.
  3. Click Process next to the relevant application.
  4. Before submitting, ensure the following sections are properly completed and checked:
    • - Product Specification
    • - Document Specification
    • - Manufacturer Specification
    • - Medical Items
    • - Other Specification


To pay the remaining balance of an invoice, follow these steps:
  1. Click on Invoice Listing..
  2. Select the outstanding invoice to proceed with payment.


To process a variation, simply click on the Variation option and follow the prompts to begin the update.


To view and print your issued certificate, click on Certificate/Approval.


To update a payment, please send the RRR number and application number to info@napams.org for payment confirmation.


Please verify that the primary product is listed under Submitted Applications and has been approved by NAFDAC.


Please complete the data capture from Submitted Applications. Once successfully submitted, you can proceed with the renewal from Product Listing.
